The health inspection ratings are to be held constant from February 2018 to February 2019 to all allow for sufficient deficiency data to accumulate based on new CMS regulations. During this time, the health inspection rating will be based on results from the two standard surveys that occurred prior to November 28, 2017 and all complaint deficiencies from the two prior calendar years.
